GreenUnity Ukraine Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the George Kuzmycz Training Center
GreenUnity Ukraine, a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the George Kuzmycz Training Center for Physical Protection, Control and Accounting of Nuclear Material of the Institute for Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This agreement establishes a framework for cooperation in the areas of:
- radiation and nuclear safety,
- development of radioactive material detection systems,
- knowledge exchange and innovation between Ukraine and the United States.
The partnership aims to strengthen international cooperation in physical protection and environmental security, and to advance training and modernization of control systems in line with IAEA and European Union standards.
This marks another step toward enhancing global nuclear safety and building strong transatlantic collaboration between scientific and civil society institutions of Ukraine and the United States.
